Job Description:
• Must have recruited in IT staffing firm with direct clients or Tier 1 Vendors.
• Prior experience to utilize several recruiting sources including postings, job boards, Vendors, networking, and referrals.
• The candidate must have effective sourcing techniques, good closing skills, proven ability to recruit hard to find skill sets with a high submittal-to-hire ratio.
• High energy individuals, Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience in hiring Green Card and US Citizens is a must.
• Communication skills should be exceptional.
• Should be courteous on the Phone.
• Should be a pure Recruiter, not someone who has BENCH MARKETING experience or a combination of sales and recruiting.
• They would be two rounds of Interview i.e. Telephonic and FACE to FACE.
• Ready to join within 1 to 3 weeks.
